About Kelli Ceraolo
Kelli Ceraolo graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Nebraska College of Law where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Nebraska Law Review. Kelli clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Michael Heavican of the Nebraska Supreme Court before beginning her career as a state-level prosecutor, first in Nebraska and then in Minnesota, focusing primarily on child abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence cases. She then moved to the federal level as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Nebraska. In that role, Kelli prosecuted a variety of cases but largely focused on child exploitation and human trafficking. While with the District of Nebraska, Kelli served as the District’s Human Trafficking Coordinator and participated in the Nebraska Attorney General’s Human Trafficking Task Force. Kelli is a 2024 Kids First Award winner.
