Emily Boardman is a passionate advocate and leader in the field of human services and dedicated to empowering young adults and strengthening communities. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and roots firmly planted in Nebraska, Emily brings a wealth of experience and insight to her role as the Director of Young Adult Services at Project Everlast Omaha. In her capacity as Director, Emily leads efforts to support and uplift young adults facing vulnerability and disconnection from community resources. Her commitment to providing holistic support is evident in her tireless dedication to developing innovative programming and initiatives tailored to the unique needs of this population. At Project Everlast Omaha, Emily leads a team of three central access navigators, guiding and supporting them in their mission to connect young adults with vital resources and opportunities. Through her leadership, Emily fosters a culture of empathy, collaboration, and empowerment, ensuring that every individual served receives the compassionate care and support they deserve.
