Description:
How is a protective caregiver taken care of at a Child Advocacy Center?
When children come to a Child Advocacy Center, they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who is not the alleged perpetrator. That protective adult is eligible for a wide variety of services and resources coordinated by the Family Advocacy staff. It is important for caregivers to know their needs matter, too, and the CAC aims to support the whole family every step of the road.
