About Sadie Hinkel
Sadie Hinkel is the Program Director at The Kim Foundation, an Omaha-based nonprofit that serves as a supportive resource and compassionate voice for lives touched by mental illness and suicide. Sadie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English Education from Morningside University and her Master’s Degree in Writing from Coastal Carolina University. Before working with The Kim Foundation, Sadie worked as a high school English teacher, where she realized her passion for advocating for mental health education and awareness. She currently manages events for the foundation, oversees programming and outreach efforts, and educates community members on topics involving mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
